So this is a unique career opportunity to be part of our epic growth story. The opportunity This is a parttime role 2 days per week (Monday + one of Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). Our partner pharmacy is looking for an earlycareer pharmacist whos passionate about both health and pets. In this role, youll play a key part in ensuring medications are dispensed safely and accurately, while also delivering outstanding advice and support to pet parents. Make a meaningful difference to pet health and the lives of their families. What youll be doing Dispensing prescription medications accurately and in line with pharmacy and regulatory standards. Deliver empathydriven support to pet parents across phone, chat, SMS, and email, supporting them with medication or order queries. Resolve issues related to prescription issues, damaged goods, order discrepancies or delivery delays, among others. Build positive relationships with vet clinics and pet parents, assisting with prescription followups and troubleshooting order hurdles to maintain seamless service delivery. Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently for our ecommerce partner channels. Maintain meticulous records and workflows to meet compliance and quality standards. Support smooth daily operations by keeping processes organised, accurate, and efficient. Wear many hats and be ready to support different areas of the pharmacy when needed, including coordinating with delivery partners, managing wholesalers, and order fulfilment. The ideal toolbox Unrestricted AHPRA Registered General Pharmacist Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering safe, highquality care. Techsavvy and comfortable using dispensing software, ecommerce systems, and digital tools is a plus (but not essential). Excellent customer service and communication skills you enjoy helping and reassuring pet parents. Organised, reliable, and committed to operational excellence. Previous experience in community pharmacy. Role location Parttime role: 2 days per week Monday + one additional day (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). Hours: 9:00am 5:30pm (no weekends).
