The role involves producing specialist seals using advanced elastomers and engineering plastics, ensuring strict quality standards are met. Working from detailed engineering drawings, the operator will utilise probing systems, CMM, and optical inspection equipment to maintain fine tolerances. This role requires a strong focus on precision and quality within a modern manufacturing environment. The technician will primarily work with Mazak Integrex machines, producing highquality components from stainless steels and heatresistant super alloys to extremely fine tolerances. Duties include setting multiaxis CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings, performing quality checks using hard gauging and CMM equipment, and ensuring all components meet strict engineering standards.
