About the Role Infrastructure NSW is seeking a Project Support Officer to join our Strategy,Planningand Innovation (SPI) team. In this role, youwillplay a key part in bringing priority initiatives to life by keeping projects moving and supporting the team withhigh-qualitycoordination, governance, and administration. Your work will ensure our projects are well planned, clearly communicated, and delivered with impact. Youwillwork closely with the Construction Leadership Group (CLG) and the broader SPI team, contributing to smooth operations, clear reporting, and confidentdecision-making. Some of the key responsibilities for the role include: Supportingthe preparation of regular progress reports against NSW Government commitments and theimplementation of whole-of-government policy initiatives endorsed by the CLG. Coordinatingmeetings, forums,workflowsand reporting processes to ensure activities are well planned, information isaccurate, and deadlines and governance requirements are met. Preparingand coordinatingmeeting papers, draft briefing notes, speaking notes, Budget Estimate papers and other materials that support clear communication, informedadviceandtimelyresponses to internal and external stakeholders. Managingadministrative and financial processes to support the efficient operation of the work unit,ensuring compliance with relevant policies,systemsand delegations. Oversee and track the preparation, development and delivery of key communications and reports such astheState Infrastructure Plan and State Infrastructure Strategy to ensure that deadlines are met. About You You willhavedemonstratedexperience providinghigh-leveladministrative and project support.Youwill also have a proven ability to deliverhigh-qualityproject and administrativeassistancein complex orfast-pacedenvironments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
