We are looking for an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Ballarat region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager. You will experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan, with opportunities to develop functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management, and general therapy skills. Day-to-day You Will Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants'' homes to day centres, parks, and other community settings. Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work. Innovate and Collaborate: work with a whole multidisciplinary team to address complex cases and explore new treatment approaches.
