Handle guest checkin and checkout processes efficiently and professionally. Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall property condition. Monitor room availability and manage bookings through online and offline systems. Oversee maintenance requirements and coordinate repairs when necessary. Manage financial tasks including basic accounting, cash handling, and expense tracking. Supervise and support staff where applicable, including training and rostering. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.Skills and RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in motel, hotel, or hospitality management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems preferred.
