About The Role Whether you are a recent graduate or an RN returning to practice, or seeking structured support to rebuild confidence you will have the opportunity to: Participate in an Aged Care Transition to Practice Program with ANMEC Access structured clinical support, mentoring, and guided reorientation to practice Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team Provide direct, personcentred care to residents Collaborate with peers and colleagues across the organisation Build your clinical capability through supervision, coaching, and a comprehensive training program Deliver evidencebased nursing care Support residents to achieve their individual health and wellbeing goals You will be responsible for delivering highquality, individualised nursing care, including managing complex care needs such as wound care and pain management.
