About the Role Are you a hunter who thrives on closing deals and building long-term partnerships? We are looking for an energetic and strategic Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive our expansion across Victoria. This role involves getting "on the tools" in the fieldbuilding relationships from the Melbourne Metro area through to Geelong and the Western District. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying new high-volume accounts to negotiating contracts and onboarding new business. Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities. Market Strategy: Develop and execute "beat the incumbent" promotions to capture market share from competitors. Relationship Management: Transition prospects into long-term partners by understanding their specific operational pain points. Reporting: Manage your sales pipeline via our CRM. What Were Looking For Proven Track Record: At least 15 years of experience in outbound sales, ideally within the transport, logistics, or industrial sectors. Geographic Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Victorian regional landscape, including the Surf Coast and Western District. Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage with everyone from warehouse managers to Managing Directors. Tech Literacy: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to track performance.
