THE OPPORTUNITYWere looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong mining background to join our team at a remote underground mine site. Youll bring a strong commitment to safety, a passion for leadership, and the skills to keep the project on track, meeting client expectations around time, quality, and budget.In this role, you will:Lead a team of supervisors and set the standard for safety and performance on siteAssist the Project Manager with daily operations and project deliveryMonitor project progress and report on cost, scope, and scheduleReview plans and drawings to support estimating and pricing strategiesMaintain detailed records of work-in-progress and project communicationsComplete daily and weekly project reportsParticipate in project planning, reviews, and auditsABOUT YOUPositive attitude and strong problem-solving skillsProven leadership in site safety and team managementMinimum 3 years'' experience in a Supervisory role (mining experience preferred)Previous underground mining experience highly regardedMining Supervisor certification (S123) desirable but not essentialProficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams)Experience interpreting project schedules (MS Project or Primavera)Quality assurance and budget management experienceThe successful candidate will have:Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro TechSA Electrical LicenseCurrent CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)Current Unrestricted C Class Drivers LicenseWhite / Blue Construction CardDesirable but not essential:High-risk work License (with WP class)Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months)ABOUT PHE GROUP & PHE MININGPHE Group is an electrical and instrumentation contractor with five specialist divisions and more than 50 years experience.
