As part of our Crown Towers Bell Services Team, you will act as the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm arrivals, seamless departures, and exceptional service. Position: Doorperson (Parttime 4876 hours per fortnight, 7day roster) Responsibilities Provide a warm and engaging arrival and departure experience Manage the flow of traffic on the hotel driveway Assist with guest enquiries and provide directions Settle payment for hotel guests and casual parkers Support the Bell Services team in delivering fivestar service Qualifications Positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience Ability to multitask and work under pressure Ability to make quick decisions and remain composed at all times Clear and confident communication with guests and colleagues Current Australian unrestricted manual drivers licence (no P plates) Previous experience in a frontfacing customer service position Well presented and impeccably groomed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work across a rotating roster Our Crown Community celebrates uniqueness and embraces diversity.
