About the roleCreated to elevate Arcina Oris visual identity across every customer touchpoint by owning the design execution of branded assets, campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, and website assets.As the brand scales, this role exists to remove design bottlenecks from the Marketing Specialist and ensure that creative output is faster, more consistent, and of a higher standard, freeing the broader marketing team to focus on strategy, storytelling, and growth.Role OverviewThis role owns the end to end design and production of all brand creative assets across email, paid media, website, and organic social. You will translate campaign concepts and brand direction into polished, on brand visual executions across every channel and format. Working closely with the Marketing Specialist and Head of Growth, you will ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brief, and to a premium standard that reflects the Arcina Ori aesthetic.Reports to: Head of Growth (Kate)Creative Direction: Founder & Creative Director (Zoe)Pace & Output expectationsDeliver high-volume creative output across multiple channels weeklyComfortable working to tight turnaround times (same-day / 24-hour briefs)Able to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail under pressure without compromising qualityPrimary responsibilitiesEmail Marketing Design (30%)Design and execute all campaign EDMs (23 per week)Build and evolve email flow templates (welcome, post-purchase, winback, back-in-stock, loyalty)QA all EDMs prior to send, including layout, links, and rendering across devicesDesign supporting assets for campaign moments (launches, hero styles, BTS features)Manage asset exports and sizing for all email placementsPaid Advertising Creative (30%)Execute all paid ad creative across Meta, TikTok, and Google DisplayProduce 13 variations per brief with text overlays and messaging directionAdapt creative across multiple ratios and placementsIterate on creative based on performance feedbackWebsite Assets (20%)Manage homepage updates including image swaps and layout refreshesAdd campaign imagery and video to product detail pages (PDPs)Create campaign product videos for PDPsSupport homepage storytelling in collaboration with the Marketing SpecialistOrganic Social & Campaign Assets (20%)Design Instagram Story layouts for campaigns and content rolloutsCreate supporting social graphics for organic contentDevelop campaign assets including lookbooks, brand collateral, and activationsSupport packaging and care label design where requiredMaintain and organise the asset library (naming, exports, file structure)Skills & ExperienceAdvanced proficiency in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignExperience with:Klaviyo or similar EDM platformsShopify (basic asset updates and formatting)Strong understanding of:digital file formats, export settings, and compressiondesigning across multiple ratios and placementsPrevious experience in fashion, e-commerce, or a premium brand environment preferredPortfolio RequirementApplicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating:Email marketing (EDMs)Paid advertising creativeCampaign or brand workExperience within fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is highly regardedAbout Arcina OriArcina Ori is an Australian womenswear brand known for refined, timeless silhouettes reimagined through a modern lens.
