Brightwater is currently seeking dedicated Level 1.4 and above Registered Nurses to join our team north of the river at our Kingsley facility. About Kingsley Our Kingsley site is a wellrespected Transitional Aged Care (TCP) facility, offering shortterm accommodation and support for individuals transitioning from hospital to home or residential care. Current Opportunity We are looking to fill night duty shifts on: Week1: Sunday10:00PM 7:15AM Week2: Tuesday10:00PM 7:15AM With the ability to pick up additional shifts* The Role This position forms part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and personcentred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and homelike environment. Qualifications Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Deliver a strong clinical care service Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and a valid CPR certificate) A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check Benefits The ability to salary package up to $18,550 tax free per annum meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your takehome pay.
