THE ROLE Youll own the full lead gen growth strategy for a portfolio of clients - leading client relationships, driving lead volume and quality, and coordinating a cross-functional Webprofits team across paid media, creative and funnel strategy. This is a full strategy role. You need to know how to build lead gen systems that work - from keyword and audience strategy through to funnel architecture, landing page performance and lead quality. And you need to run all of it through Claude Code. You wont just be managing campaigns. Youll be building the full operating system for each client - keyword libraries, ad copy frameworks, funnel maps, reporting dashboards - all running through Claude Code. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate passion and proven experience with: Google Ads - your primary channel for capturing high-intent leads Search campaign strategy: keyword research, match types, ad copy, extensions, bid strategy Lead volume and CPL optimisation at scale Conversion tracking, UTM frameworks and attribution setup Performance Max and Display for lead gen objectives Meta Ads for lead generation Lead gen campaigns: instant form ads, lead magnet funnels, awareness-to-conversion strategy Audience strategy: prospecting, retargeting and lead nurture sequencing Creative strategy for lead gen: static ads, video scripts, landing page alignment Full lead gen and funnel strategy Landing page strategy and CRO fundamentals - what makes a lead gen page convert Lead quality assessment: working with clients on sales handoff, lead scoring and pipeline contribution Funnel architecture - mapping paid media across every stage of the buyer journey Understanding the relationship between CPL, lead quality and revenue outcomes Direct-response copywriting and landing page builds Writing direct-response copy that converts - headlines, hooks, body copy, CTAs across landing pages and funnels Understanding consumer psychology: what drives people to take action, how to structure an argument, how to handle objections in copy Building landing pages from scratch - not just briefing a designer, but writing the copy, structuring the page and producing the deliverable Knowing what makes a funnel convert at each stage - from ad click through to lead submission and beyond Ideally you''re already running client work through Claude Code terminal.
