Mandatory Documents NDIS Worker Screening Check. Valid First Aid & CPR certificates. Full Australian drivers licence and own vehicle (is highly regarded). Comprehensive car insurance (if driving). Working with Children Check (WWCC) (optional). What Were Looking For Experience with hoist and bowel care (mandatory for this position). Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. Experience with manual handling/hoist, high-care support, and challenging behaviours (highly regarded). Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN. Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections. What Youll Be Doing Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients. Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access. Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities. Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities. Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
