Why Youll Love This Role Fixed Shifts: Choose Day or Afternoon no rotating roster WorkLife Balance: Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities (including weekends) Great Team & Stable Environment: Join a supportive crew in a high-performing plant Shift Options Day Shift: 6:30am 2:30pm Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm 11:00pm What Youll Do Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks Support continuous improvement and ensure equipment reliability Qualifications Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade (or equivalent) Fault-finding and diagnostic skills Any experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or welding (MIG/TIG) and/or experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment would be great to have, but not essential. Confined Space, BA competency, and forklift licence would also be highly regarded.
