Main accountabilities include: Leadership and supervision of the floor operations team, ensuring the team deliver exceptional experiences at every stage of the guests journey. Passion for product. Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver consistency around all aspects of food and beverage. Promoting a healthy working environment for the team enjoyable, educational, results-focused and respectful. Strong attention to detail and maintenance of venue presentation - every little detail matters. You will have: Event floor management experience running medium to large-scale events and floor teams. A passionate go-getter attitude with a great eye for detail. Strong leadership qualities with the skills to assist in managing a team of 100+ casual workforce.
