They''re looking for a sales rep to sell their beer in their backyard of WA''s south west. Job Description: South West Sales Representative Shelter Brewing Co. is a brewery and venue based on the Busselton Foreshore, just a stones throw from the world-famous Busselton Jetty. We opened our doors in November 2020 and have grown into one of WAs busiest and fastest growing breweries. We are all about great beer, great service, and the fun, good times and good vibes that come along with living and working in Busselton, WAs favourite holiday destination. The job South West Sales Representative Weve got big ambitions here at Shelter, were always looking for a way to make something a little bit better or a little bit bigger, and we need someone to match that energy. You will enjoy and embody the Shelter lifestyle based here in the South West, while pursuing the goal of increasing Shelter beer sales. What We''re Looking For First and foremost, someone passionate about beer! A solutions-oriented person with a can-do attitude Someone whos confident presenting and activating a brand in public-facing environments Strong business development and relationship building skills Self-motivated with ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. A team player whos able to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively Driven for results and focused on achieving targets Proven experience in FMCG, liquor, or beverage sales (beer a huge bonus) WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) card required Valid full driver''s license and ability to travel across WA Australian work rights are mandatory for this role Key Responsibilities Selling Shelter beer to venues and retailers in the South West Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the marketing and production teams to bring these opportunities to life Develop and execute your quarterly sales targets and plans Negotiate and manage contracts with key venues and retailers Be actively involved with beer festivals, sponsorship events, tastings, trade events, local community events, and customer functions as required Why work at Shelter?
