This role sits at the heart of the brands growth engine, owning the creation of high-performing short-form content seen by millions of cat owners across Australia, the UK, NZ and beyond. About the Role This is a hands-on, high-output content role focused on daily organic social creation. Create engaging, educational, and entertaining edu-tainment content Film, script, and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Turn complex or boring info into scroll-stopping content Collaborate with internal creatives, marketers, and external partners such as vets, creators, and shelters Drive consistent month-on-month growth across social channels Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform behaviour Expect to be both in front of and behind the camera and working with plenty of cats. Who Theyre Looking For Someone who genuinely loves cats and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Have 3+ years in content creation, UGC, or social-first roles Be confident and natural on camera Have strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling Live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Enjoy owning ideas end-to-end, from concept to execution Be equally comfortable filming yourself, others, and cats A mix of creativity, curiosity, and accountability is key here.
