This is a role where your ability to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently and provide trade customers with exceptional customer service will be recognised and rewarded. On any given day, you''ll be: Picking and packing orders Wrapping orders for freight Preparing orders for collection Receiving stock and storing Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse and showrooms What Type Of Person Will Be Successful You''re someone who can multitask in a fast paced environment. You genuinely enjoy assisting customers and pride yourself on ensuring you contribute to the efficiency of the warehouse operations. To thrive in this role, you''ll bring: Prior warehouse experience essential Exposure to customer service, trade sales highly regarded Proactive nature to manage warehouse peaks Computer literacy including Outlook, internet, and ability to learn CRM systems quickly Trade background or exposure to the construction/coatings industry advantageous (comprehensive product training provided) Forklift licence advantageous Reliable and trustworthy Enthusiastic and helpful nature, strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a small team We''re looking for the right person with the right attitude and drive - someone willing to learn and continue to move their career forward with a business.
