Child Care Attendant Schools, Sydney Location: Sydney (various school sites) Hours: 32 hours per week, 7:00am9:30am & 2:30pm6:00pm (minimum 23 afternoons weekly) Pay: $26 per hour (detailed discussion during interview) Contract: 36 month trial with option to continue Responsibilities Encourage children to be active, learn, play, and participate in fun, safe activities Support primary school children during Before and After School Care (OSHC) sessions Assist in planning and delivering varied activities (creative, dramatic, sports, cooking, storytelling) Collaborate with other educators and leaders to maintain a nurturing, supportive environment Attend paid training, induction and ongoing mentoring sessions Qualifications & Requirements Experience or passion for working with children (experience not essential) Positive, cando attitude and capacity to work as part of a team Flexible and hardworking; ability to work at multiple locations during the week Minimum 23 afternoons per week availability Working with Children Check Valid Working Holiday Visa First Aid in an education and care setting (desirable) Benefits Fulltime/Parttime options across before school, after school and school holiday sessions Paid training & induction; ongoing mentoring Dynamic, supportive team culture Access to public transport and easy commuting #J-18808-Ljbffr
