The Role In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing orders from placement through to delivery while ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and online ordering platforms and take ownership of resolving queries. Success in this position relies on your ability to communicate effectively with internal teams including warehousing, purchasing, and transport, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely issue resolution.
