Onceyourein,theresno limits on where your career could take you.About the RoleAnticipates and attend to the guests needs and desires immediately.Services and cleans allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allocated timeReplenishes and controls Guest supplies.Reports to the Supervisor any maintenance needing attention.Follows all Housekeeping policies and procedures to the standard set by the Executive Housekeeper.Takes extreme care with personal grooming in order to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance.Informs Housekeeping Office IMMEDIATELY of any unusual, different or abnormal situations seen in or around the Hotel.Reports any potential health and safety hazards to the Supervisor.Greets Hotel guests in a polite and courteous manner being careful not to confuse friendliness with familiarity.Attends monthly departmental communication, training and information meetings.Complies with all of the Hotels standard operational policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Handbook.Has a full knowledge of, and practices all of the Hotels established workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S).Gives assistance to other departments or outlets when required.Carries out other duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisors.Love catching the latest movies, dining at trendy restaurants, staying in incredible hotels,or even hittingthe slopes at Thredbo?
