Were looking for a safety-focused individual to help us keep precious little passengers safe while they travel. In this customer-facing role, youll be a trusted helper to new parents and caregivers, assisting with safe car seat installation and ensuring every journey is safe. Location & Employment Location: Located in the Campbelltown retail precinct. Its accessible by car with ample onsite and surrounding parking, and nearby public transport options. Cafs, eateries, and shopping centres are available nearby. Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Roster: WednesdaySaturday 12:00pm5:00pm What Were Looking For No experience required. If youre physically fit, can get in and out of customer cars, and can work with small clips and restraints, well provide full training and certifications. A passion for safety and a desire to ensure little ones travel securely. A friendly, approachable attitude and the ability to explain technical details in simple terms. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. What Will You Be Doing? Installation Wizard Safely install car seats with expert precision in customer vehicles, following Baby Buntings Installation Principles. Customer Service Excellence Welcome families and answer car seat safety questions, helping customers understand the importance and ease of correct installation. Safety Expert Educate parents on the dos and donts of car seat use and stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and guidelines. Ensure all installations meet the highest safety standards. Store Support Superstar Assist with in-store tasks such as inventory, product demonstrations, and sharing child safety knowledge with the team. Why Baby Bunting?
