The Role Were looking for a Junior Contracts Administrator to support our Projects team in delivering Retail Fitouts across ANZ. This role is less about traditional contract negotiation and more focused on the administration, tender management and technical understanding required to ensure fitout projects are delivered on time and our stores are ready to trade. The role will ensure compliance, track budgets, and maintain documentation to keep projects running smoothly. A handson position, youll work with a collaborative team, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle. Your day to day will focus on a few core areas including: Tender Management Prepare and coordinate tender packs for shopfitters Manage tender timelines (typically up to 6 weeks) and track submissions Work with Project Managers to ensure accurate scope and pricing alignment Certification & Compliance Support the process of securing building permits and occupancy certifications Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time in line with store openings Project Coordination Review and interpret technical drawings and documentation (no design work required, but confidence understanding detail is essential) Liaise with shopfitters, certifiers and external consultants (e.g. structural, fire, access engineers) Track project progress, timelines and key milestones Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing and cost reconciliation Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and contract documentation What Success Looks Like Tenders delivered on time and accurately Building permits and occupancy certifications secured without delays Strong stakeholder coordination across internal and external partners Effective support to Project Managers across multiple live fitout projects WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR? 12+ years experience in Contracts Administration, Project Coordination or similar (retail fitout or construction exposure highly regarded) Ability to read and interpret technical fitout drawings and understand key details Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation effectively Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat Comfortable operating in a fastpaced environment where priorities can shift A proactive, solutionsfocused mindset with strong communications skills Able to balance working independently while contributing to a wider team goal WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
