The role: Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for ensuring that the iconic brand and products resonate with current and potential customers, by monitoring marketing trends and competitive products, implementing and executing marketing campaigns, events and sponsorships, ultimately growing sales and market shares. We are looking for an experienced team lead, as this role will have 3 direct reports. Key responsibilities: Conduct market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends and to understand the perception of the brand under the managers responsibility Determine brand KPIs and follow the change using a brand health tracker and/or relevant dashboards. In collaboration with the Marketing Director and the Product Managers, prepare the 3-year launch plan and marketing strategy and present it to key stakeholders. Create the brand plan for the year ahead following global guidelines and present it to the local business. Lead the NPD Stage Gate Process and work closely with the Product Managers to ensure project tasks are completed on time. Develop strategies and oversee the management of marketing campaigns across all platforms to ensure that products meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of the brand. Maintain a consistent brand image across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with global strategy. Work collaboratively with the activation team on the media strategy (online & offline), implementation of local campaigns, content calendar and influencers. Create and manage the A&P budget and lead monthly A&P reviews to ensure alignment with Finance. Ensure sales and profitability targets are achieved in accordance with the budget. In collaboration with the Shopper Marketing team, develop merchandising strategy to reinforce the brand visibility in store and to educate consumers by using tools that fall within the budget. Lead the yearly pricing review, working collaboratively with Finance to review all products profitability and make recommendations where needed. Monitor competitors pricing to track any changes and adjust the pricing of the products under the managers responsibility if needed. Manage day-to-day relationships with PR agency, overseeing the PR strategy, PR events, ambassador and influencer management. Maintain quality relations with the various services and departments involved in the products, as well as external partners (media agency, PR agency, graphic designer, printer, brand ambassadors, curists, etc.) and answer potential queries from customers. When participating in conferences and outside events, represent the company in accordance with its values. Present the brand strategy and campaigns to the relevant networks (sales, medical sales, training, consultants, retailers, journalists, etc.). What we are looking for: Education: University education in commerce or business with Marketing background.
