Respond to inbound enquiries via email (Gorgias), social media DMs, and phone Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely resolutions Communicate order updates and coordinate refunds, delays, and courier follow-ups Track and report customer feedback and trends to the team Brand Partnerships Pitch marketing collaborations to leading health & wellness brands Manage supplier relationships, from onboarding to execution Coordinate contracts, product logistics, and monthly partner comms Review product suitability based on dietary standards and customer preferences Operations & Admin Support corporate accounts and warehouse with returns, replacements, and ad hoc send-outs Create detailed packing briefs and manage product deliveries Maintain our customer service manual and process documentation Assist with general admin and reporting tasks 13+ years in customer service, brand partnerships, or eCommerce coordination Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines Passion for health, wellness, and purpose-led business (These aren''t deal breakers but will help you hit the ground running!)
