As the Warranty Manager at Geely Auto Australia, you will lead the warranty department and play a crucial role in guaranteeing accurate, timely and efficient claim processing in accordance with the manufacturers standards. Job Summary The Warranty Manager is responsible for the warranty department''s overall functionality, compliance, budget, processes, and continuously improving the companys warranty programs for Geely Auto Australia. This role ensures warranty policies are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with customer expectations while protecting the company from unnecessary financial exposure. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Geely Auto Australia warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with factory requirements. Responsible for system integration, development and testing with factory systems. Manage end-to-end warranty claim processes, including submission, evaluation, approval, denial, and reimbursement. Analyse warranty data to identify trends, failure modes, cost drivers, and quality issues. Collaborate with the Aftersales teams to drive corrective and preventive actions. Ensure timely and accurate warranty cost reporting, forecasting, and goodwill management. Support customer and dealer escalations related to warranty disputes or complex claims. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Conduct regular dealer auditing to ensure quality submissions. Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal teams and dealers on warranty processes. Prepare and present warranty performance metrics and insights to leadership. Coordinate parts return to the factory warehouse as necessary. Team leadership Qualifications 5+ years of experience in warranty management, quality, service operations, or OEM. Proficiency in Pentana systems and OEM warranty management tools Strong understanding of warranty processes, cost management, and analysis. Experience working cross-functionally with technical and parts teams. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools preferred) Leadership and Coaching Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into business actions High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Customer-focused mindset balanced with cost control discipline Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Office & Transport Newly renovated modern office with electric adjustable sit-stand desks.
