Job Description As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant. Responsibilities & Qualifications Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment Experience delivering exceptional customer service Exceptional communication skills Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability Experience in managing restaurant financials (P&L) Minimum 3 years proven experience in a supervisory/management role in retail, restaurant, hospitality or related industry Completed (or willingness to undertake) Food Safety Supervisor Course Completed (or willingness to undertake) Responsible Service of Alcohol Course Good command of spoken and written English Understanding of written operation and financial reports High level people management and conflict resolution skills Possess a good understanding of food safety concepts Ability to personally execute cooking tasks and food preparation procedures Willingness and ability to undertake one shift per month in a leading kitchen position Strong computer/IT acumen including the ability to use Microsoft Office software Benefits Career growth Australia and internationally Annual Restaurant Managers Summit Opportunity to become a franchisee Quarterly bonus scheme Free uniform Additional Information Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 GYG Coffs Harbour wants crew with a great work ethic, outgoing personality and a positive attitude.
