This is a dynamic opportunity combining brand strategy, product management, and visual merchandisingensuring a premium, consistent, and conversionled experience across both physical and digital channels. Youll own how the brand shows up in-market, aligning storytelling, product strategy, and commercial outcomes while collaborating across teams to deliver impact. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy (Retail & eCommerce) Develop and execute channelspecific brand strategies Ensure consistent, premium brand representation Optimise campaigns and activations with retail & eCommerce partners Analyse performance and identify growth opportunitiesMonitor competitor activity and strengthen positioning Product Management Own the full product lifecyclefrom launch to optimisation Lead gotomarket strategies across channels Manage product content, campaign calendars, and launch planning Identify assortment gaps and opportunities Oversee sampling and partner incentive programs Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience (Retail) Deliver bestinclass instore and digital brand execution Develop VM guidelines for retail partners Drive engaging, salesfocused brand experiences Collaboration & Delivery Partner crossfunctionally across marketing, sales, and supply chain Align on execution, reporting, and performance outcomes Manage tools, portals, and stakeholder updates About You Youre a strategic, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional brand experiences. You bring 35 years experience in marketing or brand management Strong experience in brand communications & campaign execution Proven ability to deliver gotomarket strategies Experience working with retail partners (highly regarded) Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder skills High attention to detail and passion for brand storytelling Life at Dermalogica At Dermalogica, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
