The Role Lead and coordinate surgical days Mentor and develop the nursing team Maintain exceptional clinical and patient care standards Provide handson surgical and hospital nursing Perform anaesthesia monitoring, IV placement, blood collection Assist with imaging and dental procedures Oversee stock control and support clinic operations Youll lead by example clinically strong, organised, and calm under pressure.
