As Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering highquality parks, reserves and natural spaces that support community wellbeing, environmental stewardship and Mandurahs liveability. Working with a passionate and skilled leadership team, you will oversee the operational delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programs, while driving continuous improvement across service delivery. You will influence how parks services evolve to meet the needs of a growing community, balancing strategic oversight with handson leadership to make a tangible difference to the places people use every day. Responsibilities Lead and manage large operational teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance programs. Provide strategic oversight and continuous improvement for park services. Influence the evolution of park services to meet community needs. Qualifications Degree qualification in a discipline relevant to the field of operations. Current unrestricted C class national drivers licence. Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience in managing parks and gardens. Extensive experience and broad knowledge in parks maintenance. Experience and broad knowledge in tenders and contracts administration. Experience in leading and managing large operational teams to deliver operational programs.
