About the role Tyndale invites applications for a casual Bus Driver. You will join a closeknit team of drivers and play a key role in supporting the safe and reliable transport of students in a variety of settings. Tyndales bus services run daily during school terms from 6:30 to 9:00am and 2:45 to 5:15pm, transporting students between home and school. Drivers also assist with excursions, sporting events and other offcampus activities on occasion. The role offers flexibility, allowing drivers to work as little as one shift per week or as many shifts as they are available for. The fleet consists of eight buses, including minibuses and larger vehicles with automatic transmissions. Qualifications Christian of Reformed/Evangelical persuasion, active in a church, and able to wholeheartedly subscribe to Tyndales Educational Creed. Holding a Light Rigid (LR) licence (an MR or HR licence, or willingness to upgrade, is preferred). Working With Children Check clearance for paid employment. Experience driving a school or public transport bus is highly regarded. First aid qualified, or willingness to obtain. Requirements The successful applicant will need to hold and maintain a valid NSW Working With Children Check in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 (NSW).
