About the role Reporting to the National Property Portfolio Manager, the Property & Transactions Manager will primarily support in leasing/sales and property management for Infrastructure, ensuring property compliance obligations are timely met and ensuring performance of our portfolio. Key responsibilities Manage infrastructure property contracts including lease/licences and sales Issue correspondence to landlords and external stakeholders as per agreement Negotiate and prepare lease for new and renewed lease agreements Manage Property Management Dashboard in PowerBI & Excel Review accuracy of existing property information in SAP REFX and SharePoint Organise leasehold exit and freehold sale About you You have a can do attitude and proven experience in a portfolio contract or leasing role. You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate resilience, curiosity and problem solving. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in property.
