Operating across Australia, Pructon has established itself as a dynamic enterprise, delivering outstanding results for a diverse range of projects and clients.About The RoleDue to exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our site-based team for the Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre (AWRC) project a significant initiative by Sydney Water, located in Kemps Creek, Western Sydney.In this role, you will be responsible for:Installing mechanical plant systems related to wastewater treatment.Conducting pump installations and commissioning.Installing and commissioning compressed air systems.Installing valves and instrumentation.Working independently with minimal supervision.Experience working in and around local sites.About YouTo be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:Trade certificate.The ability to interpret engineering drawings, particularly for vendor-supplied mechanical plant.Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.Previous experience in wastewater treatment plants (preferred but not essential).Working at Heights (WAH) and Confined Space certifications (required).EWP and Telehandler certifications (preferred but not essential).Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
