Job Description

This role can be located in North West Region (Tamworth region). Field Service Technician responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electronic gaming machines at customer venues. The role requires travelling to client sites, providing onsite support, collaborating with venue staff, and accurately recording service activities using Aristocrats field service management tools. What You''ll Do Perform scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), break/fix repairs and system diagnostics on site. Install, remove, upgrade, modify and change games on gaming equipment, including after hours and when venues are closed to the public. Investigate and resolve complex system faults and repair work as required. Respond promptly to service calls to meet customer expectations and SLA requirements. Collaborate with venue staff to maintain high customer satisfaction. Reporting & Documentation Accurately collect and report all activities using field service tools. Enter data in real time and maintain 100% accuracy of service records, tasks and inventory. Record all part usage and ensure returns are completed according to compliance standards. Assist with internal service reporting and respond to departmental requests. Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) & Compliance Understand and adhere to company and venue WHS policies, procedures and regulations. Follow accident/incident/nearmiss procedures and conduct investigations as required. Ensure all activities meet company and legislative compliance requirements. What Were Looking For Experience in a technical field service role, gaming industry or electronics/mechanical repair. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, maintenance scheduling, or service coordination. Previous exposure to WHS systems or compliance environments. Valid Australian drivers licence and ability to obtain required gaming licences. Excellent problemsolving and faultfinding capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills and customerservice approach. Selfmotivated, able to work independently across multiple sites. Good organisational skills for managing time, tasks and service schedules. Proficiency in using mobile devices and fieldservice applications. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Lift/move up to 25kg safely using correct manual handling techniques. Step onto a safety step and work in varied environments. Stand for extended periods and perform tasks at shoulder height. Move arms above head and work at ground level when required. Travel Expectations None.
