Advantaged Care has 5 Aged Care facilities offering varying shifts.Our residence aims to provide an inviting, comfortable, calm and peaceful environment for residents and families to enjoy.We are currently recruiting for Care Service Companions on a part time and casual basis.Facilities requiring Care Service Companions with varying shifts on offer:Georges Hall near BankstownPrestons Lodge near LiverpoolEdensor Gardens near FairfieldBarden Lodge near SutherlandBondi Waters near Bondi BeachAbout the roleAs a Care Services Companion you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence and help create a welcoming, calm atmosphere. We have a range of shifts on offer including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.What we look forFull working rights - No student visas / No SponsorshipCertificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent6 months aged care experience is preferred but not essentialA good understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged careA strong passion for quality in aged careExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsHard working, flexible with good availability to cover shiftsStrong values of empathy, honesty, respect and loyaltyAll applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical.
