Diverse caseload: You wont be bored here youll encounter a wide range of psychiatric needs and diagnoses. Flexible weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, with limited call coverage (and extra pay when you do). Support to thrive: Dedicated PMHNP support, an AI scribe to ease documentation, and collaborative teams that include therapists, social workers, and primary care partners. Plus, you''ll have support to bring in advanced modalities like TMS if that interests you. What Youll Do Provide a wide range of Psychiatric treatment to a diverse population including LGBTQ+ and sex offenders. Provide evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and consultation. Collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health teams. Participate in crisis intervention, clinical supervision, and ongoing education. Offer MedicationAssisted Treatment (MAT) where appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely documentation (our AI scribe will help with that!). Join our oncall rotation with fair compensation. Who You Are MD or DOboard certification (or eligibility) in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred. Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Indiana. Committed to compassionate, evidencebased care.
