Lead SAP Manufacturing solution delivery across PP, PM, QM, and MM modulesHybrid working in a passionate team environmentLong-term career growth opportunities in leading global FMCG organisationThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Senior Consultant to provide expert consulting and solutions across our Australian/New Zealand operations.In this role, you will design, implement, test, and document SAP solutions across Manufacturing modules (PP, PM, QM, MM), while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure SAP solutions deliver operational efficiency, compliance, and business value.This is a high-impact role with the opportunity for long-term growth and development within our IT and Operations teams.What You Will DoLead end-to-end solution delivery for SAP Manufacturing, including design, specifications, test cases, validation, and documentation.Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, optimising SAP functionality to meet operational needs.Support ongoing system improvements, compliance to change and incident management processes, and contribute to a high-performing IT team.Participate in major projects including S/4 migration.Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate manufacturing solutions with other SAP modules and business processes.What You Will BringDeep expertise in SAP PP, PM, QM, and MM modules, including Production Planning, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Master Data.Experience implementing SAP projects from start-to-finish, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.Knowledge of FMCG or manufacturing environments, including interfaces with production systems, PLCs, product costing, and IBP-ECC integration.Strong understand of end to end FMCG business processes including discreet, process industry and repetitive manufacturing.Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate technical solutions into business language.ABAP debugging skills and SAP certification are highly desirable.Who We AreAt Goodman Fielder our purpose is to create food that people love.
