We are currently accepting applications for a Quantity Surveyor with 23 years experience to join our Development Advisory division in our Sydney CBD Head Office. Reporting to the Associate Director, your role will focus on helping clients manage construction costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle. Job Responsibilities Conduct detailed cost analyses, estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies for construction projects. Complete full trade and elemental takeoff. Measure quantities for variations and manage risks related to changes. Undertake site visits and complete valuations of work completed on site. Prepare cash flows. Manage client relations and assist in establishing a clients requirements. Provide expert advice on costeffective construction methods and materials. Job Requirements Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. 23 years experience in Quantity Surveying. Membership in an approved Professional Body (e.g., AIQS, RICS, CIOB). Knowledge of the local construction industry including development, contracting and consulting sectors. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Selfmotivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
