Position Description You will be involved in all aspects of the management process and will be able to demonstrate the following: Recruit, train and continually develop the store team by bringing the Jan Logan culture to life. Continually identify and proactively seek sales, brand and traffic driving opportunities. Drive conversion within our store by offering best in class luxury service and product knowledge throughout the entire customer journey, from first purchase through to aftersales. Strategically manage our client base by driving acquisition of new clients and retain clients through an engaging and personable brand experience. Make commercial suggestions to our product and design team at Head Office. Ensure your business and team are always presented and maintained in line with brand guidelines. Schedule staffing to ensure boutique is adequately covered. Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment. Act as an ambassador for the Jan Logan brand. Have the ability to quickly build strong and lasting customer relationships with direct contact with VIPs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: At least 5 years experience working in senior positions in jewellery retail sales. Be responsible for the implementation of all brand policies, procedures, guidelines and strategies. A creative merchandising flair in creating displays with a strong attention to detail. Have jewellery production knowledge and basic drawing skills. A genuine love of jewellery, design and creativity.
