BRP Australia is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our APAC Marketing team, supporting the CanAm and SeaDoo brand across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and providing assistance to the EAPI region (Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand). This role is designed for a handson, autonomous marketer with solid experience, who thrives in execution, coordination, and crossfunctional collaboration. You will work closely with the CanAm and SeaDoo Senior Brand Advisor, supporting the development and delivery of brand and product marketing initiatives across multiple markets. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring marketing plans are implemented flawlessly, campaigns are wellcoordinated, and stakeholders are aligned and informed. This is not a junior role we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, manage multiple priorities, and operate independently within a fastpaced, matrix organization. What Youll Be Doing Responsibilities Working under the guidance of the CanAm and SeaDoo Senior Brand Advisor and reporting to the APAC Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include: Marketing Execution & Coordination Supporting the rollout of annual and tactical marketing plans for SeaDoo, CanAm OnRoad and OffRoad products across APAC markets. Coordinating campaign execution across markets, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and assets are delivered on time and to standard. Managing daytoday interactions with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery. Project & Stakeholder Management Acting as a key point of contact for local market teams to support activation needs and ensure alignment with brand strategy. Assisting in briefing agencies and partners, tracking deliverables, and ensuring feedback loops are managed efficiently. Supporting collaboration with the global brand team to localise assets and initiatives. Performance Tracking & Insights Supporting campaign performance tracking, consolidating results, and assisting in postcampaign analysis and reporting. Helping identify opportunities for optimisation across the marketing funnel. Maintaining dashboards, trackers, and marketing calendars to support visibility and decisionmaking. Dealer & Field Marketing Support Supporting dealerfacing initiatives by coordinating assets, communications, and activation timelines. Assisting with the execution of retail and promotional programmes in collaboration with internal teams. Helping ensure consistency and quality of brand execution at the dealer level. How Youll Work Your direct manager, the APAC Marketing Manager, values trust, autonomy, collaboration, and accountability. You will be empowered to manage your scope in collaboration with the Senior Brand Advisors for strategic alignment. Youll be part of a team of agile, motivated marketers, operating in close connection with global counterparts and local market experts. What You Bring on Day One 35 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environment. Proven ability to manage projects endtoend with minimal supervision. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience working with agencies, partners, or crossfunctional teams. A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how brand and retail activations work together. Confidence communicating with stakeholders across different functions and geographies. A proactive, solutionsoriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership. Australian drivers licence. Nice to Have (But Not Required) Experience in the powersports, automotive, or 2wheel industries. Experience supporting strong consumer brands. Exposure to working in a regional or global organisation. A flair for storytelling and content coordination.
