Job Description

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Service and Parts team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is both structured and fastpaced, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting technicians and service coordinators to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Handle customer and internal enquiries Assist with documentation, quotes, and records Maintain accurate and uptodate information Must Have Ability to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and adapt Positive and professional attitude Nice to Have Previous experience in administration roles Familiarity with ERP software Understanding of B2B service environment Provide daytoday administrative support to ensure smooth business operations Respond to customer and internal enquiries in a timely and professional manner Prepare and manage documentation, quotes, and accurate record keeping Coordinate administrative tasks to support service and parts team effectively Maintain accurate, organised, and uptodate company information and records Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support efficient service delivery.
