Some of your day to day includes: Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants havethe support of Rehabilitation Assistants toalleviate administrative tasks); Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes; Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals. Work across various schemes such as workers compensation,compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare & Department of Veteran''s Affairs Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual''s functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote their independence. Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings.
