We are open to this role in a Full Time or Part Time 4 days per week capacity. Some of your day to day includes: Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants havethe support of Rehabilitation Assistants toalleviate administrative tasks); Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes; Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals. Work across various schemes such as workers compensation,compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare & Department of Veteran''s Affairs Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual''s functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote their independence. Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings. Prepare timely, high-quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning. We welcome new graduates with open arms! Qualifications Our new team member will have: A qualification in Occupational Therapy Registration withAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships Excellent time management skills - be ableto work autonomously as well as within a team environment A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiativeand achieve results A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits Energy and drive to grow our services A current drivers''license and access to their own vehicle Additional Information Every day,we seek better together,for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.
