We are a Service Brand not another hotel brand. Guests are the centre of everything we do. The Role We are looking for passionate & hard working Rooms Duty Manager to join our Mount Lofty Team. We are looking for superstar all-rounders who will not only be welcoming guests into the Estate but will be assisting with hosting amazing experiences. You would be key members of our team, working together to deliver unique experiences to all of our guests and upholding our old fashioned hospitality service which is core to what we do. Duties and Responsibilities: - Welcoming all guests with warm hospitality- Managing the guest experience, arrival through to departure- Undertaking check-ins and check-outs of guests- Reservations, quality checks, up-selling- Rooms inventory management- Able to deliver/assist within the lodge food and beverage offerings- Restaurant & day spa booking coordination- Luxury Concierge, hotel information assistance- Delivering memorable experiences- Providing incredible, extraordinary, customer service Skills and Experience - Front Office and concierge experience (preferred but not essential)- Hotel, resort, accommodation experience (preferred but not essential)- Great communication skills, solution-focused approach- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards- A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and success- Food and beverage experience (preferred but not essential) RSA and RP badge required or willingness to obtain This position is offered on a 7 day rotating roster. Being a boutique luxury establishment, this is a hands-on role so be prepared to be the front face of Mount Lofty Estate!
