Pool Refurbishment Technician (Full-Time) Canberra (with Regional NSW Travel)Young Pools Refurbishment is growing and were looking for a practical, motivated person to join our crew refurbishing swimming pools across Canberra and regional NSW. If you like hands-on work and seeing a job transform from rough to brand new, youll fit right in. Travel requirement (please read)This role involves regular travel to regional NSW depending on job locations. This may include early starts and overnight stays. The roleYoull be working on-site helping with pool preparation and resurfacing works, including: Surface preparation (sanding, grinding, cleaning, masking) Patch repairs and minor structural fixes Assisting with fibreglassing and coatings (training provided) Equipment handling, site set-up/pack-down, general labouring Keeping sites tidy and safe What were looking for Reliable and punctual (this matters most) Comfortable with physical work and PPE Able to follow a process and take directions Drivers licence mandatory (manual licence a bonus) Construction/trade, painting, fibreglass, waterproofing, or labouring experience is a bonus not essential What we offer Full-time role with consistent work Training and clear systems Supportive, no-drama team environment Opportunity to build real skills and grow with the company
