The Opportunity: Are you an experienced, motivated, and passionate Diverse Learning Assistant with a passion for the Montessori philosophy? If so, you may be the person we are looking for! We are seeking a fulltime Diverse Learning Assistant, who will work oneonone with a child, nurturing their curiosity and supporting their development in a Montessori environment. Please be aware that this position is contingent upon ongoing funding for a specific student enrolled at our school. If the students enrolment or the funding program ends, the position may be terminated accordingly. To commence immediately. Ideal Candidate Passionate about education and Montessori philosophy. Support children and their families with effective communication. Build respectful and trusting relationships with children. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals. Use diverse teaching techniques to achieve high educational standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Recognised Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent postsecondary qualification. 612 Montessori certificate or diploma (advantageous). Experience in a primary school setting. Ability to obtain a WWCC. Relevant First Aid Certificate and Child Protection training. What We Offer Innovative and connected workplace.
