We are looking for an energetic, customer serviceoriented individual to join our team as a Section Waiter at Kid Kyoto. Section Waiters are tasked with providing our customers with a superior experience, ensuring all orders are taken correctly, delivered promptly, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times. Key Responsibilities Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness. Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner. Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines. Resolve guests'' complaints in a timely and professional manner. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience as a section waiter required. Excellent customer service skills required. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must be able to carry 3 plates Must possess a valid state alcohol certification.
