Were committed to helping you develop your career and turn your goals into reality, while playing an integral role in our success across the regionAbout The RoleWere looking for a Financial Analyst (fluent Japanese speaker) to join our Budget & Reporting team, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial insights across Australia, New Zealand and Canon Inc in Tokyo.In this role, youll play a key part in turning complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights that support decision-making at senior leadership level. Youll be closely involved in budgeting and forecasting cycles, regular management reporting, and Japan-facing financial communication, providing exposure to both local and global stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities to improve business performanceSupporting budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and insightful commentaryPreparing regular management reports, presentations and written commentary for senior leaders and Canon Inc in JapanBuilding and maintaining financial models to support strategic and operational decision-makingPartnering with stakeholders across the business to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendationsSupporting compliance, risk management and audit requirementsIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting quality, accuracy and efficiencyAbout YouYoure a detail-oriented Financial Analyst who enjoys working with data and partnering with stakeholders to drive better commercial outcomes.
