In this role, you''ll lead and coordinate ERP and CRM implementations, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to go-live.You''ll oversee timelines, resources, and communication across stakeholders to ensure every project achieves its business objectives on time and within scope.You''ll play a key role in driving digital transformation through structured planning, proactive management, and collaboration.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations project deliveryCoordinate between functional, technical, and client teamsOversee project scope, budget, risks, and schedulesEnsure effective stakeholder communication and project alignmentSupport the full project lifecycle from initiation to go-liveDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processesExperience & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of project management experience (Dynamics 365 or ERP projects preferred)Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules and implementation lifecycleKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferredBonus SkillsExperience managing multi-country or large-scale ERP deploymentsExposure to Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft solutionsExperience working in client-facing environmentsHave a question?
