Senior Account Executive - APAC at Mine Vision SystemsMine Vision Systems (MVS) is dedicated to providing advanced workflowintegrated perception and automation systems that improve speed, safety, and productivity for the mining industry. We are a spinout from Carnegie Mellon University''s National Robotics Engineering Center, headquartered in Pittsburgh with employees working remotely worldwide. Following the successful launch of our FaceCaptureTM Mapping System, we are expanding and growing over six times yearoveryear revenue in 2025.Highfidelity FaceCapture data is captured in minutesnot hoursallowing production geologists and engineers to work safer, move faster, and model with unmatched accuracy. This data flows seamlessly into every major mine planning and geological software platform, accelerating reconciliation, improving ore control, and tightening the loop from face to plan. What began as a killer app is rapidly becoming an enterprisegrade workflow engine reshaping underground mining operations, shift to shift.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the regional gotomarket plan for Australia (primary) and broader APAC, including strategic prioritization of underground mining accounts for FaceCapture adoption in New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Papua New Guinea.Build, manage, and forecast a highconfidence pipeline aligned to ARR targets, with full ownership of quarterly and annual revenue delivery.Lead complex, enterprise sales cycles with mine operators, technical stakeholders, and executive buyers from discovery through close.Proactively generate pipeline through field engagement, channel partners, and industry presence (conferences, site visits, trade events).Develop deep territory intelligence across underground mining operations, expansion projects, and competitive dynamics.Serve as the voice of the region to Product and Leadership, influencing roadmap, pricing, and packaging based on market signal.Operate as a senior, autonomous seller with disciplined forecasting, MEDDPICC rigor, and predictable execution.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company''s relationship with them.Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of relevant technical hardware and software sales. The preferred candidate will have technical sales experience within the mining industry.The preferred candidate will have at least one year of experience with technical delivery of 3D data and reporting products to engineering clients.Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record in developing strategies and strong ability to drive programs for the market.Selfdriven, resultsoriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on business profit.Ability to negotiate sales to order placement while taking into account the company''s objectives and customer''s needs.Excellent communication skills & ability to form working relationships with customers, staff & work peers.Working ConditionsTravel up to 50% to work sites beyond the corporate office to support clients and conduct field trials.Perform light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; kneeling, standing, walking, pulling, pushing and other similar tasks requiring physical activity.Operate a computer, copier, fax, telephone and other officebased equipment.The work setting may involve limited exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, vibrations, gasses, fumes, mists, dust and odors when in a fieldbased setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
