Warehouse Operative - Freezer Environment Posted on April 14th, 2026 Northampton Temporary 14.30 - 25.60 per hour Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client''s busy site in Northampton. Recruiting for morning and afternoon shifts. The rate of pay is: Morning shift 14.30 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks. Afternoon shift 16.19 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks. Weekends and overtime are paid an extra shift allowance. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm. Your Time at Work The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include: Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman Working to meet customer performance standards Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures Performing other general warehouse duties as required Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Freezer Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential. LLOP experience, punctuality, basic numeracy, and a communicative level of English are essential for this role.
